Deşi proiectat în acelaşi stil Art Deco atât de apropiat lui Jean MONDA, imobilul A. David utilizează o plastică atipică pentru arhitect. Atât basorelifurile cu forme geometrice, cât şi  bosajul registrului superior sunt elemente care nu se regăsesc în alte lucrări identificate ale lui MONDA.

Cele două bovindouri, aşezate simetric faţă de axul scării, împreună cu coloanele care împart ferestrele scării, portalul impozant şi soclul masiv conduc către o vădită monumentalitate a faţadei.

Având în vedere diferenţele de abordare plastică, împreună cu faptul că majoritatea lucrărilor lui MONDA sunt semnate ulterior anului 1931, am conclude că această lucrare, împreună cu cea de pe strada Filitti au fost exerciţii de stil, care au servit la cristalizarea limbajului Art Deco – Modernist al arhitectului. Cele două clădiri îl au de asemenea în comun pe inginerul J. BERMAN: comanditar pentru clădirea de pe strada Filitti şi inginer pentru imobilul A. David.

Athough designed within the same Art Deco Style, so close to Jean MONDA, the A. David building uses an unusual esthetic for the architect. Both the bas-reliefs with geometrical and the upper register bosage are elements that are not be found in other identified works of Jean MONDA.

The two bow-windows, placed symmetrically relative to the staircase axis, together with the columns that partition the staircase windows, the imposing portal and the massive base all lead to an obvious monumentality of the façade.

Considering the differences of esthetic approach, together with the fact that most of MONDAs’ works are signed later than 1931, we would conclude that this work, together with the one on Filitti street were stylistic exercises, that served to crystalizing the architects’ Art Deco-Modernist language. The two buildings also have in common engineer J. BERMAN: beneficiary for the building on Filitti Street and engineer for the A. David building.
