În imediata apropiere a vilei de colţ semnate tot de MONDA, arhitectul a proiectat o altă vilă în acelaşi limbaj Art Deco. În afară de imaginea plăcut unitară şi coerentă pe care o alcătuieşte cu vila vecină, acest imobil se face remarcat prin rezolvarea de inspiraţie navală a suportului antenei-paratrăznet şi prin balconul Streamline transformat aproape în copertină-portal pentru intrarea în curte.
Jocul de volume simetrice cu ferestre de colţ la etajul doi şi bovindoul lateral animă volumetria elegantă, oferind o vibraţie a umbrelor care confirmă valoarea compoziţiei Art Deco cu aluzii Moderniste.
Direcly next to the corner villa also signed by MONDA, the architect designed another villa, in the same Art Deco language. Besides the pleasently unitary and coherent image that it creates totgether with the neighbouring villa, this residence is remarkable through the naval detailing of the antenna-lightning rod and through the Streamline balcony transformed almost into a canopy-portal for the courtyard gate.
The play on symmetrical volumes with corner windows on the second floor and the side bow-window, offering a vibration of shadows that confirms the value of the Art Deco composition with Modernist hints.
