Singura fațadă expusă străzii este o compoziție simetrică, dominată de  bovindourile, din care se desprind balcoane înspre axul median, și de coronamentul alungit cu cei șapte pilaștri angajați care subliniază același ax. Portalul de intrare, tratat de această dată într-o manieră raționalistă, accentuează din nou axul de simetrie, servind şi ca bază pentru acesta. Balcoanele continuă linia glafului ferestrelor din cadru bovindoului, continuitate foarte aparentă datorită ferestrelor pe colț rezolvate cu stâlp placat.

Cei șapte pilaștri care pornesc de la etajul cinci și se termină la nivelul parapetului etajului șapte, formând coronamentul fațadei, compun un element decorativ tipic pentru Art Deco, pe care îl putem identifica la multe clădiri ale lui Jean MONDA.

The only facade exposed to the street is a symmetrical composition, dominated by the bow-windows, out of which balconies are detached toward the middle axis, and by the elongated crown molding with the seven attaced pilasters that emphasize the same axis. The entrance portal, treated in a rationalis manner, also accentuates the symmetry axis, acting as a base for it. The balconies continue the line of the window sills on the bow-window, a very noticeable continuity, due to the corner windows that integrate a plated column.

The seven pilasters that start from the fifth floor and end where they surpass the parapet of the seventh floor, forming the crown molding, make for a typical Art Deco decorative element, one that we can identify within many of the Jean MONDA buildings.
