Desenat pentru a închide un front continuu, cu înălțime variabilă, imobilul Modernist situat la numărul 15 este o prezență zveltă, ritmată, cu linii curate, în prezent conturate cu alb pe fundalul gri al faţadei. Registrul median al faţadei este marcat de cele două bovindouri unite de balcoane cu parapeţi parţiali şi balustrade din platbandă. Ritmul susţinut de parapeţii balcoanelor contribuie la aspectul zvelt al faţadei, uşor temperat de ancadramentele orizontale al ferestrelor bovindourilor.
Odată trecuţi prin portalul negru masiv, locatarii acestei clădiri încă pot experimenta holul şi scările Moderniste cu o uşoară influenţă Art Deco.
Designed to close a continuous front, with varied heights, the Modernist building situated at number 15 is a slender, rhythmed presence with clean lines, presently outlined with white upon the grey of the facade. The middle register of the facade is marked by the two bow-windows, united by balconies with partial parapets and metal railing. The rhythm held by the balcony parapets contributes to the slender look of the facade, slightly balanced by the horizontal window frames on the bow-windows.
After passing through the black massive portal, the tenants experience the stairs and hallway drawn in the Modernist style, with a slight touch of Art Deco.
